Managing Assets

The Executive have established a small Asset Management Unit who are working with every department and reporting to the budget review group.  They are tasked with developing and delivering:

• a region-wide Asset Management Strategy
• departmental Asset Management Plans
• mandating ePIMS as a central asset database

They are also helping departments deliver an additional £100m of capital receipts over the CSR period.
