Bill joined SIB in May 2004 and is part of the Education team, supporting the Department of Education plan their ambitious capital investment programme of £3.6bn. He is helping develop new procurement and delivery arrangements capable of effectively managing the higher deal flows.
Bill has a background in consultancy in the UK and overseas and played a small part in the successful delivery of Belfast's landmark millennium project, the Odyssey.
