Assistant Strategic Adviser
David joined SIB in September 2005. He works in the Health Team, providing executive and project support to the SIB Health Strategic Advisers as well as supporting DHSSPS and Health Trusts to deliver the investment programme. David has been involved in providing specific project support to the DHSSPS Asset Management, Knockbracken Redevelopment and Belvoir Park projects. He is Project Director for the Downshire Site Redevelopment Project.
David has a wide public sector background incorporating project and programme management, public sector finance, negotiation and development of EU Structural Fund Programmes (PEACE I and II). While working with local communities under the Rural Development Programme in South Down and South Armagh, he developed and managed a number of capital based and community business projects,under the EU SPARD, LEADER, and cross border Interreg community.
