Strategic Adviser
Denis is currently leading the transition to new arrangements for making better use of the public sector asset base, with a view to achieving greater additional investment across the public services and promoting regeneration. He is also the SIB's representative in the North West.
Denis joined SIB in 2007 from the Northern Ireland Civil Service. In the Department of Health Social Services and Public Safety he led the development of a Twenty Year Strategy for Health and Wellbeing. He also led the development of the DHSSPS Investment Programme and the implementation of the Review of Public Administration in the Health and Social Services, before working as the Principal Private Secretary to the First Minister.
