John joined SIB in 2004. He is the SIB Project Director on the £0.5 billion Belfast Schools Strategic Partnering Project, where financial close is expected in early 2008. He previously worked on ISNI and EHR.
John was previously a partner in the PwC London Office for nearly 10 years with responsibility for developing their IT PPP Practice. Several of his previous projects such as the MOD TAFMIS and Employment Services Partnership have been Treasury best practice Case Studies. He obtained a D.Phil from Oxford University and holds several international patents for engineering design.
