Strategic Adviser
John joined SIB in 2007. He is engaged in the proposed integrated services training college for Northern Ireland's police, prison and fire and rescue services and supporting SIB's involvement ineducation partnerships.
John has a background in infrastructure development and private sector utilities and facilities management. Prior to joining SIB John worked for the Bouygues group for over 16 years across technical and sector disciplines and in business development in the PPP/PFI arena.
