Strategic Adviser
A native of Belfast, Leo joined SIB in 2004. He’s part of the Health team and has been supporting the Department of Health to deliver their ambitious investment programme (capital value of £3.5bn); focusing on the delivery of hospitals, community care centres and medical equipment. Leo also advises on a number of regeneration projects and led the development of NI’s public sector commercialisation strategy. He is currently involved in the development of European Connected Health in conjunction with DHSSPS and the Belfast - Boston Connection.
Leo has a background in capital projects, asset management, procurement, performance improvement and financial planning. Prior to joining SIB, he was with PWC in London working in performance improvement.
