Strategic Adviser
Martin has been involved with SIB since 2003. He works part time as a Strategic Adviser and was instrumental in developing the successful Alpha and Omega PPP projects for the Water Service. He is now working on the Waste Management Infrastructure Programme.
When not working with SIB he provides advice to OECD, the World Bank and a number of European governments on public investment programmes and projects.
