Strategic Adviser
Michael joined SIB in 2005. He leads the Accommodation team and has been supporting the Department of Finance and Personnel in delivering the Workplace 2010 Procurement. Workplace 2010 is the largest property PFI procurement to date in the UK market and will result in a vastly improved civil service office estate as part of the reform programme ongoing throughout the NICS.
Michael is involved in the regeneration of West Belfast and has advised on the implementation of the Review of Public Administration.
As a Chartered Accountant, Michael's background is predominantly in financial and corporate finance roles, having held senior roles with PwC in London and Viridian in Belfast.
