Strategic Adviser
Pat O’Neill is a Strategic Adviser with responsibility for the Further and Higher Education sectors, the Emergency Services Investment Programme, and all Northern Ireland Office projects such as Prisons, Police Service for Northern Ireland and the Forensic Science service.
Previously, Pat was employed by the Central PPP Policy Unit in the Department of Finance in the Republic of Ireland, where he contributed to the delivery of the pilot Public Private Partnership programme. Here he also developed the National PPP policy in conjunction with the Department of Finance and other Government Departments/Agencies. Prior to that, he worked for the private sector in the UK, leading a sales team that bid for numerous PFI projects in the health, justice and education sectors.
