Strategic Adviser
Scott joined the SIB in February 2006 as a Strategic Adviser with responsibility for advising on the Primary and Community Care Infrastructure Programme, Social Housing Development Programme and a number of Regeneration initiatives in Northern Ireland. Most recently he was a member of the Capital Realisation Taskforce, challenged with the task of providing recommendations and an action plan for the maximisation of under utilised government assets that can support the Investment Strategy.
Originally from Merseyside, Scott has lived in Northern Ireland for four years. With extensive experience in the UK and overseas construction sector, he has also been involved in a number of PPP and regeneration initiatives. This blend of experience brings a positive dynamic to the infrastructure investment programme in Northern Ireland. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, Association of Project Management and has a BSc Hons in Construction Management.
