The Programme for Government’s cross-cutting themes of a shared and better future and sustainability are embedded within the Investment Strategy for Northern Ireland (ISNI) 2008-2018, to this end a framework, categorised by 6 pillars (to which has been added Justice) and 23 sub-pillars has been devised to help join up the plans of Government Departments and other stakeholders to avoid duplication, recognise opportunities and maximise outcomes by working together.
